i magically got into my account after forgetting the passwords.
i figured it out just to only forget again.

It also says that when i attempt my gold password, it logs it as a failed attempt, im scared to try it again.

ontop of this. im pretty sure i changed my email over a year ago, and the pasword reset email does not go through.
i tried recovering this account via email only to get rejected from d2jsp every single time.

can I please get someone to contact me who can help me please.

now that I clearly have access my my account again. how on earth do i change the passwords if I dont know the email this things linked to + not knowing the passwords?

ok good news. i remembered my gold password.

edit: good news again, i figured out the main password.


but as for the last hurdle, the email. this is definitely needs attention

Rest assured every recovery is carefully reviewed and you're not dealing with a robot or anything of that nature,

when filling out the recovery form try and provide as much detail as possible, including clues to previous e-mails you've registered your account with if you don't remember exactly what the address was and even your location where you lived before when you registered your account (if you've moved between 2006 - now that is) or even old purchases of fg and information regards to your personal ID may help, just try and be as detail as possible when submitting a recovery form.
