Forum Gold is a made up currency which you cannot exchange for money, so it's as good and legal as trading versus runes which you found in game.

Otoh you show a high degree of preoccupation with ToS of a big company which clearly wrote them to maximise their profit and doesn't care about end users. I suggest you reconsider what you worry about.

Wrong. You can buy fg with $ and that's where it comes into play. You can't legally buy runes with $ in game so.


There's also no way Blizzard hasn't caught wind of d2jsp. They probably just don't care.

You can buy anything with money in theory. Many people here haven't spend their actual $ to get the FG stack they have. So it's quite fuzzy.
