I got all informations that is needed to prove that I am the user of that account, so maybe one of you mods/admins can help me just reset my gold password, because I am not receiving any e-mail.

Indeed I did, but it told me that I already did that task even though I did not. So I am a little stuck.

If you are not receiving the e-mail after a reasonable time, and the option to use the "I Am Not Receiving the Password Recovery Email" is not working for you, you can try to use the account recovery feature: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php

Did you wait at least 20 minutes after attempting to reset your gold password by requesting the email? Did you also check your spam folder and ensure that you are logged in to the same email account that you used to register your d2jsp account?

If the gold password recovery tool is not working for you, and you still haven't received an email, you will need to use the recovery tool. I linked a guide to account recovery in my previous post.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
