what do I do about someone constantly threatening and harassing me? I`ve messaged mods but it doesn't stop, now he threatens to drive to me, for what? jealousy in a video game? rlly pathetic, It needs to stop however....

Block the user and don't reply to any of these messages.
If it continues in public topics, report the post and move on, don't interact with it.
If this happens more often collect all the links to the topics/post where this happened and PM them to a staff member that is responsible for the forum it happened in.

its been happening for months, I've messaged mods etc nothing happens, he spams my topics, harasses me, pms my customers telling them lies about my items, makes false accusations in public threads against me, the list goes on, it doesn't stop. this is beyond a joke that he is allowed to get away with it. its been at least 2 months of constant harassment, like every day....

I haven't responded to him as advised, he was advised to stop the harassment but he doesnt.

For now your best bet is to start by blocking the user so you won't get any more messages like this.
Continue reporting posts that violate the site rules and collect the links to these posts so you can do a new report once you gathere a few of these.
Not every action that is taken by a staff member is visible to the public so there might have been action taken for certain violations in the past. Collect the evidence and do a new report if this doesn't stop.

I made a huge list with over 50 screenshots 12 disrupted trades, every post of mine been constantly spammed , message logs etc of him pming customers slandering my name, took me all day to put together, I sent to several mods nothing happens... even last night I sent a pm to a senior mod, seems he can do what he wants and flaunt whatever rules he likes at no consequence.

this threat was because i reported his multi account https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1380721 and https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1089199 are the same person, multiple accounts are allowed now?

I will ofc block him, but he will just continue to find ways to harass me, shame if nothing can be done.


he also pms mods saying I`m harassing him.... I think its obvious to see its the other way around.

Instead of messaging multiple staff members about the same case I would advise you to choose one staff member of the appropriate staff group and wait patiently for a reply. There are a lot of reports and each of these will be checked individually by the staff so this can sometimes take a while. There is only a handful of people that handle reports from a very large community.

When you click the report post button you will see the staff group responsible for the subforum listed at the bottom. If these posts happen in the trading forums you would have to report these to a trade moderator for example.

If you do not reply to any spam and don't break any site rules there is nothing you need to worry about if someone does a false report regarding you.

thankyou I only messaged multiple mods as I got no reply mostly, I haven't broke any rules, but I do worry as he constantly disrupts me, slanders me etc and gets away with it, and now personal threats, I understand these things take a while. EErock got back to me saying he would look into it. its just very frustrating after months of the same thing to see that prox1m1ty had his warn % removed after constant spam/threats almost like he has been rewarded... what good behaviour did he display to get his warn removed? all he has done is be toxic and slander me and others publicly.
