You can always look for some potential ppl that are familiar with DBZ as using names or signatures and invite them by pm

You can always have an active chat or guild recruitment topic as a public guild topic, and sometimes people browse here.
You can also link to that topic in your signature, that's one way of finding people who might be interested, aside from messaging people directly.

I never thought of adding it to my sig. am I limited to characters? I wonder if I can add something to what I already have
