Its is meant Accounts, Account names, Accounts with Names, as the part of the Acc trade.
Its ilegal to trade Accounts and anything with Acc accessing (accs with names, level services with acc accessing)
Its completely normal to sell Name alone,
To delete it after fg sent, or to use Mediator in the trade.

You cant say its ilegal to trade Perm Bb because dupers and many duped same items. Because Clashtest is not legal too.
Its not sellable service, not 100% guarantee of anything.
He normally sells name alone, no Account Trade in here.
