imo ~800 is more than fair. 13lr is too low to be considered a solid add, not to mention that those rings r only useful for hyb/ghost.

any other caster that would use a dex ring, except some funky tele bowa, would be aiming for max block and wouldnt need the AR and the LR cos there r better options.
