The way I read the blue post on the battle.net forums you can share accounts, but you risk getting such accs closed if the person(s) you share them with violate the terms of use - or you do it yourself, of course.

“Do not buy accounts or leveling services: such accounts are at high risk of being closed without warning“ - idk what to make of this. It’s not specific at all. The reason for the risk being high is probably only due to the high possibility that the terms of use have been/will be violated. What do you guys think?
