Its true its useless for high lvl.

For mld its useful

Typically there es/blizz dmg build uses 63 fcr and spirit sword build 105 Fcr.
Since main issue on mld sorc is mana so u dont really wanna give up on frostburn^^

Viper + 20 fcr circ + 10 fcr amu + fcr belt is enough.

Few hundreds for mld
No use for high lvl
If only it had decent mana instead of energy ;c
