3x Options:
30 frw 10 fhr trires boots
Craft 30 frw 10 fhr xx life, life rep dual res (lr/fr probably best, but depends on your res on other items)
Prepatch 30 frw 20 fhr res

Dont count on str from boot slot.

I seen all the 30/20 08 boots ... The best 30/20 on europe would be 1.08 blood track. I like all stats except the +9dex I would have rather str. TBH europe has the worst 08 boots for casters, west has best boots, and east has 2nd best though.
