100% P Scourge is more expensive this is known.
If you are looking for a cheaper version, and you don't care about base and 100% you should look for diffrent ones indeed.
Also 40fg for a hoto 40 15/3 eth flail is a nice price, wont get cheaper than that.
Non eth's 40 15/3s go for 25-50fg aproximately.
