Not 100% sure, but i know these are super rare and hard to come by. Ill just see if anyone offer's on it.

Free bump. does the damage on it apply to only weapon attacks. And if it can go into a shield will it increase smiter damage. I never have tested it.

Pretty sure it increase's "Overall paper damage" on w/e attack "Melee" but not 100% sure, ill look it up. :thumbsup:
