Seeing as how dirt cheap pgems are these days, can someone explain to me the whole rolling baal/diablo charms situation?

I.e.

Q1 - Do baal and diablo charms have the best chance to roll.... something special? most number of mods etc? i.e or do they have the chance of rolling the best stats ie 45 lifer gcs etc?

Q2 - If I buy a baal or diablo gc, how do I actually know the guy selling got it from baal/diablo and not some norm act 1.

Q3 - Can you also roll scs? is the recipe the same or different? i.e, is this how people get 3/20/20s? by rolling?

u want to re-roll charms farmed from high level super uniques... baal and nith are the best. they can roll the most sought after mods.

okay, so if i make a thread and buy from someone how do i know if it is infact a baal/nith charm before i flush fgs into pgems?

Q1 - baal > nih > diablo > ancient tunnels = the pit > etc...
Q2 - you don't, thats the risk you take unless you have 3rd party software that can see the ilvl
Q3 - same recipe and yes some people do reroll scs but most people save gems for GCs

1 - They have the chance to roll +skill/45 life.(Best)
2 - You dont(Not with w/o 3rd party). You either have to be ingame and saw that they picked it up or trust.
3 - Yes same recipe.

Just my input of what I current;y know.

so these, 32020 type scs, they just...drop? How do people get inventory fulls? Or was that back when everyone was botting?

/e damn this part about not knowing if its actually the right charm is a deal breaker :/

the q2 also is if you find trusted people selling, but even tehn since there is almost no way to prove with all the bans that blizz did so programs for this stopped working
the reason for the gc from baal/nith is
to rol a 45life skiller requires a high ilvl of the item therefor you would definetly need the gcs to be high.

People can get dropped or rolled
People botted so they were more commen
People dont generally get tons of inventories filled on lad especially this one

most of them were duped and then permed
most were also just duped and unpermed
