charger uses insight for 2hand lld

A perfect insight partisan does 198~410 dmg with it's deadly strike factored in and adds bonus attack rating which isn't even needed.
This bonesnap does 222-342 dmg with a basic 20ed/15max jewel.

Bonesnap 282 avg dmg per hit vs a 100% perfect insights 304 avg dmg per hit.

I would rather have 40% crushing blow and 60% resists than 22 damage, but that's just me.

Oh and a perfect partizan insight would cost a lot more than 200.

So before you open your stupid ass mouth next time in one of my topics, know things.
