Well chilling is like frozen with a lil extra
Shiver is a totally different thing that shoots ice bolts at ranged attackers.

Imo a sorc shouldnt be getting hit anyways so a significant point into any of these is not worth it. 1 point in frozen is doable and will slow enemies if you should accidentally get hit while teleporting.

shiver, it mimics holy freeze and slows them before they even touch u

you shouldnt be getting hit by melee attacks unless youre an idiot
