Random game on a "hot" ip?
Or did they make it so if you sell soj in that game that's where it spawns, cause back in the day I had it spawn on me randomly and never sold an soj lol

It's simply based on the IP of the game SOJs are sold on. Games are allocated to a specific Blizzard server, and they decided to POP Dclone on the same server that the SOJs are sold. So if all SOJ sellers are on the same server and sell 80-120, Dclone will spawn in all IP-identical games (LADDER ONLY NOW)

He will spawn in any game on the hot ip once enough sojs have been sold.

If we pop it, it'll be on a single IP (East is something like 60-100 IP addresses [don't recall]). so it would be however many people can be in a hell game on that IP at the moment of Dclone spawn. So in a perfect world it'd be about 60-100 anni's
