Depends on the build tbh
Most of the time you just need 30+ or you need all 3 to be 40 in order to stack the proper res with added jewels, unless you got some funky ass res here and there from amulet/circ
After that you want high CR to stack more against blizzers like yourself
and I've shown you my stacks on stacks
