Hi Wanderers,

To fix a couple of issues from yesterdays migration we are going to restart all D2 Servers. Expected downtime is 15 mins.

Changes:
* Restore character order to sort by creation time
* Fixed character expiration times to be updated correctly

hopefully it is only 15 mins
