I haven't played HardCore for years, and I am trying to figure out a safe way to level quickly. Is it to get a grush and get leveled privately? Are there public baal runs at each difficulty tier that are safe?

What do you guys do to level safely and efficiently?

If this post violates any terms I apologize! Just new to this and seeking information.

I should clarify by "safe" I mean PK free.

But not many games going

There's some chant games where you can level, but it's best to get rush to act5 so you can level fast, you can quest later... as for public baal games...there is mostly hell games, NM you are on your own ..There is a a private game, but you need to ask Dr.Spock the channel name..I forgot what it was. And yes PK is part of the game, you just gotta be careful

i havent seen a single person attempt to tppk in the last couple months i been playin so i think you're fine there. they patched out a lot of the more reliable ways to tppk.
as for leveling, just get a grush and do chaos runs
