If you read my post again, and more closely this time, you'll find that I did not accuse him of anything. I simply asked him a question. You have to admit that his having a lot of high runes
did appear suspicious. I do not track everyone's trades. I understand now that Joe bought a HR pack and is now reselling it. So I was wrong about my assumption about him. Okay.

I never lie. If I made a wrong assumption about someone and he gave proof (like Joe did) then I apologize and move on. I did not lie, I simply asked him how he got those runes.
I have the right to dislike people for botting, cheating. They are destroying this game. If that puts me on your "do not trade" list, then so be it. Seems you're on the same side with the cheaters. And that is too bad.
