I know pally can desynch at lvl 18 with charge-vigor. But not sure that charge is gonna cut it for actual attack on account of his d. It'd work to close out, but that's it. Smite seems preferable, but not sure that he'd d stay in game long enough to finish him.
OW might add 5-6 dps for a char at a lvl he'd attack.
He won't have any FHR from what I can tell.
