If you throw en all a way can you repair em?

I found and used em like 10 years i go in single player game
and did throw all away and couldnt repair, and they wont self repair (quantitys) then.

hows it in these days?

they have replenish every 3 seconds

wont broke but you have to wait till its full recharged

ok, good its/they are then fixed at some point...
