Hard to say, because you never see them sold a lot. Ice bolt is not a useful skill, it is a synergy to Frozen Orb, but only 2% damage per level.
+15% to cold skill.. idk if it is very relevant. I've never seen Ormus' robes sold for big amounts. I would say maybe 20-30 fg if anyone really wanted it.
exactly what I was thinking. would be nice if it had enchant on it, then it'd sell like hot cakes
