Yeah, it is half nice. But you have Raven Frost for Cold resist bonuses, Dward Star for Fire, Wisp Projector for Lightning, and Carrion Wind for Poison. Life Leech can be gotten on many other gear types. 14% all res is not half bad, but it doesn't taste so much either. Had it been 20, i would consider making a bid. High level too.
The other thing is, if it had been godly, you would have gotten bids both here and on pm. I don't know if you'll get any bids on it.
