3,7k is absolutely a fine price for top 10% rolls IMO. But low ones won't sell for much, so MY best guess is 1,5k for a unid is absolutely a fair deal. But that's just one mans opinion who already sold a (close to) perfect griffons this ladder.

If I were you, I would actually ident it. Even if its low-mid you most likely get 2k for it anyways.
