Yea sure. You really dont know how bad things here are do you. Any foreigner here wont last 1 day before getting kidnapped (especially someone who claims to win 10 million dollars per year, and then pray they dont send you to the colombian guerillas or to the kidnapping mafias controlled by the high ranking generals and officers of the armed forces who are drug lords, after you pay all your money to them). Unless you come protected by the government. Otherwise a foreigner coming here is just suicide. I could explain myself better, but that would take me a long post.
