If you have a necromancer you go to Nihlathak and summon a bunch of snakes. Then you go to Chaos or Baal and your snakes put up lots of poison clouds. Then you tp to town and hostile. All the clouds stay and just like in Nihlathak if you move you get huge instantaneous damage and poof. Simple enough. That about right Blorrg?

Damn is bugged as shit. Doesn't do poison, does physical damage apparently. I dunno. This is mostly all new to me
