one is for Koreans, one is for Japanese and one is for Chinese iirc

If you played back around 98, you might recall the us servers got flooded with asians...lots of asians...koreans to be specific.

It was hell.

Everything was "kekeke la~ huk huk" "send pt" "pt please" and they infested all games like spam bots.

They had to make room for all them koreans to salvage the gaming experience (something they still cared about) for Americans.

I'm glad they made multiple asia servers.
