just started playing hardcore on west nonladder since I had a temp ban on east

I found this rare jewel

lvl 9 require
11 max dam
20 poison dam
11 poison resist

is it worth anything? I would appreciate a quick answer so I could either use it or save it to trade

its good, worth something but nobody is gonna buy lld items on non ladder,
