I have the following boots (note this is from memory so could be slightly off)
30% run walk
10% faster hit recovery
30% cold resist
36% lightning resist
30 stamina
24% Magic find
I know you're asking for tri resist but MF may be a worthy substitute for FR (you can charm more FR than MF per slot for example).
