Wrong, you need the bumper so you can do ancients for the lvl 1.

A true bumber is lvl 40 with ancients not done.

LVL 1 joins pre rushed to ancients. bumper does ancients. lvl 1 gets quest. repeat with baal and Nightmare same thing. finish rush in hell and lvl to 65 in chaos.

Nah. Ancients in the only quest in the game that is impossible to achieve unless you are the specified lvl.
A bumper must have baal quest open. When the bumper gets baal quest from direct sight, then the people in town also leech the quest.

I have lvl 90+ bumpers (they have norm and nm baal quests open)
