man i'll explain evrything since the beggining ( the true history of what happend) and maybe you will realise why he scammed the amulet... so i met kos. in a real game when i was there with a friend of mine, he spoke to kos. in portuguese and when i realised that he was portuguese i said omfg another noob from prt ( prt = portuguese channel and most of the people there and noobs...) we got to a private game and we started dueling 1st vs his druid than smiter than barbarian than hammer.... when the duels finished i told him that he was better than me and said sorry for calling him a noob than i'd talk to him about this amulet and he said that he could sell it but he wanted 5% of the fg i get from it and he said that no one would buy it from me because im 2010 user low fg low posts and no profile... and he is 05 user with 27k fg bla bla bla..... 1st i was undecided on giving him the amulet as you guyss could see on the pms becuase i'd met him 30 mins ago so i wouldnt give him a 2k fg amulet. and than i got to a pub duel, he was there too we spoke about it and i decided to give him the amulet he created a ladder char to hold the amulet when i gave him the amulet i waited like 2 mins and than asked it back, he gave me it, than i said that i could trust him and that i let him sell my amulet. the day after (yesterday) i pmed him loads of times, cause he said that he asked in guid chat and you guys said that this amulet's price is 950fg he didnt answer my pms but he was reading them, then 30 mins after he pmed me calling me rude names ( in portuguese) and said that he was taking a shower and that he wasnt at diablo and is going to work and was at d2jsp with his ipod. i pmed him again and he didnt answer but he readed it so i tought that he was going to scam so i made topics saying that he is a scammer, made a scammer acusation and all those things maybe worried to much and maybe he would give me the amulet back if i didnt do this but this is the true history of what happend

2. Im just giving my personal aspect to this discussion i know that because i got a pm from Tezeno saying that he wants about 2.2 or 2.5k for the amu. and i guess he was aware that eni etc is not more then just pocked money.

3. you mean work + phone? so after 8 hours working and 3 phonecalls he was able to reply?^^

6. im not talking to you anyway. if you think he didn't steel it and you are not aware about that you should take care what kind of friends you have (just trying to hellp you). in case you know he stole it and want to protect him its even worse.

i was aware of its price why would i give it to kos. vs some crap itamz?

Ah yes. Imho since there's no proof that the so called trade came to pass noone can use it as an argument. I'm all for locking the accused.
