Lol, its one of the best melee jewels spawned on euro and its one of its kind, so learn basic's.
This one beat the old 7fhr/9str/9dex/9max jewel since most melee people are using high dmg weapons like Grief, BotD and EDC so they will gain more from ed then max dmg, the only class that still benefits most from the old 7fhr/9str/9dex/9max are fury druids that are using 09 CCSoQ or 4fps Fanged Knifes. snice they have low such a low min dmg that it will only be the max dmg that will benefit from the ed and 23ed (30ed which will be perf) < 9max when only applying to max dmg.
And trust me I've tested it a lot of times with my Druids.
