Which runes do you need exactly? Only minor runes for runewords(el dol tal thul ort amn etc) or all the runes usually used for crafting (Nef, ort, ral, sol etc).
How many are you willing to pay for each rune, and how often you are able to buy these runes(100/week, 250/week, etc)?
