hdin + merc (minus what you'd want to spend on charms but with anni/ptorch) 250ish
would be cheaper if you didn't want an average + torch anni.

not sure on sorc but smiter is cheap even if you want lw/grief no more than 200

Lmk if you want a level 95 paladin or sorc for 350 fg. Unreg acct already leveled just pay fg and you get the character (as long as i'm online + at home)
