In the future I'd suggest saving images as JPEG, they're smaller easier to upload/view.
This dagger with no ENH DMG% needs 2 sockets to be usable, and the poison damage also ruins it (it interferes with other poison sources)

I really dont think its worth anything.
Unless someone wanted to make a 43 melee dueler, but the max at that point wouldnt be worth it, and you could go faster if you wanted speed. At 43 you can get a lot more mods for damage with that.
