If you leveled 8 x bumpers and sold them...people wouldn't level them up after they used them as a bumper so you would be taking advantage of the system.

When we use his service for our level jobs...it would have been used either by us (the ones doing the level service) or by the customer (rushing his own character to personally level) so no...we are not taking advantage of his services.
