~Rules~

Do not Prebuff.
Do not Precast.
Do not use Poison.
Do not use slow with exception to cold charms.
Do not use Healing Potions.
Do not Run. (As a Dodging/Flee tactic)
Do not Leap/Leap Attack
Do not use any third-party programs or hacks.
Do not use ethereal items unless indestructible or self-repairable.
Duels are first to 7.
All duels will be walked.
Equipment may be changed inbetween duels if allowed so by both parties.
If chilling armor procs from fort, one must rejoin or be killed after the duel it is proc'd.

Buy-in is 100fg

Fg distribution:

1st Place - 60% of pot
2nd Place - 30% of pot
3rd Place - 10% of pot

Date and buy-in may be changed based off participation and opinions.

Also: If not enough participants are acquired, smiters/zealers may be allowed to enter and rules will be updated.

ild be down but not if there is smiters... fury and zealers would be fine tho, only chars that require attack rating to hit...

Just a suggestion to get more people in it, was thinking no to ss druids since they can just recast when ww'ing and get an extra hit. Atm will only be bvb/zeal then.
