looking to find out what are the req ias needed on these do you need the ias on them or is it ok without
does it req the 40% ias or can i live without?

LOL 100-300? You need to get your facts straight, and not PC items when you have no idea what the value of them are. Its so obvious you never played NL or even played a hybrid when your saying its only worth 100-300 FG. If you dont know the value of an item, dont pc it. Dont be guessing like what you are doing. Hybrids are one of the most popular classes ever since more people started using them and got more popular 2-3 years ago even though hybrids have been around since like 2005, And the value of these claws are extremely high not even close to what you think for 100-300.. LOL.

You guys have no idea the value/price of thees claws. On NL these claws go for 1.5k just for a plain 2/3 fools runic talon, thats with no ed, no ias, no other skills. The most basic you can get.. Please stop mis informing people if you dont know the correct prices. 2/3 fools claws in a fast base or with enough ias to hit the 4 frame WW bp or with ias in a slower base is still worth 1.5k-3k depending on what base/ias/mods it has. This having shadow master makes it worth a lil more than what a plain 2/3 fools runic is worth.

My friend sold a 2/3 fools runic for 1.5k FG not long ago on NL. With no ias, stats or anything other than 2/3 fools runic talon.

This claw has no ias but it doesnt require any IAS to hit the 4 frame WW. You can WSM bug this with a chaos suwayyah and it will hit 9 fps traps but it wont be the primary claw to hit first. You can get 9 fps traps with I believe 17 IAS if you use a chaos runic with it.

No way in hell is this claw worth only 100-300. You guys obviously have never played NL if you guys are quoting 100-300. If this claw had 40 ias it would be worth 20-25k FG. Its a shame it doesnt have IAS but even so it is still worth 2-3k FG easily.

My 2/2 40 ias fools GT has a t/o of 2.4k right now... And its not even a perfect 2/3 fools but 1 less LS is only 300 less damage. If my 2/2 40 ias fools GT had 1 more LS it would be worth way more than what it could get right now.

I can show you like 3-5 threads of where 2/3 fools hybrid claws are going for 10x what you are pcing this claw at. These claws arent cheap, and building a hybrid isnt cheap either.
