If someone is doing a level job, and lets someone on your account WITHOUT your permission, that is considered BM correct?

What if they pay for the services of someone else to help with the task at hand and said peson that hired the leveler interferes and changes the password of the account and deletes 2 characters u paid for a rush on.

he changed the password while i was still running chaos on the account and had to of the characters leveled and 4 of them rushed.
thusfor interfering with the leveling process thus nullyfying payment

he changed the password cause you were letting someone he doesnt know onto his account without his permission. thats not an opinion thats bad service

never stated before hand that i could not have help should i not let my brother load characters for me to crush them? i mean it would just make the process take 10x longer if i didnt have another person loading chars for the rush
because i would have to do 1 at a time.
