Isn't 201-300% Cruel affix?

needs 40+ ias to hit bp even with fant aura if im right its ok not pro status 25-50 fg if it had Rep mod it would be worth a little more. like 150
if it had 30+ ias it be worth about 500+ for these to be decent look for ed 280+ 250+ is mandatory on any weapon 280 is a bit more damage but doable perfect is 300 Ed with Fools Mod
450 is max w/o fools mod.
The KNockback on this is sexy.

That's correct. The 40IAS from any source with lv20 fanat = 4fpa max for pallys. barbs/wolves probably wouldn't even consider using this weapon.

Any other opinions?

i thought i remember hearing cryptic was the only sword that wouldnt need ias on the weapon itself? i could be wrong cause this isnt my area of interest but it rings a bell for some reason
