Grief is BM in Melee duels (not for wolves I guess) and Beast damage sucks. Ebotdz if you must use a runeword, but a rare 400+ ED or a Rare Fool's are the best.

grief isn't bm in bvb because ctc doesn't activate for ww.

I actually prefer to use two weapons and two shields
Fury+StormShield at the start of the duel, the 66% open wounds is amazing
Once they end up with lowish hp swap to grief to 1ko

I thought it was just because of the damage.
