I see a problem here, apparently her whole life revolves around her churchlife which is sad to begin with. Secondly she has been turned into a little scout to spread and convert others to her religion.
Thats how religion works really and the ppl don't even realize what they're doing. I make it clear to people im an atheist and i don't care for ur religion.
In ur case, id be honest and tell her, i'd rather talk about something else. Don't ask her if she sees you as a friend or a possible convert because there is only one answer for sum1 in her position.
Just pull away from her and find sum1 who has a greater attachment to this life and the people here. If you took away church, she wouldn't have anything to talk about.
And the next time she says she'll pray for ur headache, tell her ud prefer she bought u some aspirin, that's be more helpful.
