Just wondering but, If it is already grushed w/o skills or wps why would you need to take less fg from them? It would be there fault during grush to not get the Skills or wps. 15 fg less that they have to pay for something that isn't really you're fault. Shouldn't they have to pay extra?
Correct me if I read it wrong or something.
