unid rare rings - 0.5 fg each
unid rare amus - 0.5 fg each
unid rare jewels - 1 fg each
unid rare circ/tiara/whatever - 1 fg each
unid magic scs - 0.25 each
unid magic jewels - 0.2 each

all items are hellfound in high TC maps.
i will give random skins, not chooseable. (stats are depending on ilvl only.)
how to upgrade circlets, helms, and other rares?

sc: 32020, 20/17, 20/5 etc
mjewel: 40/15, 15/15 etc or simply crafting
