Seeing as 95% of llders that run have cbf and hurricane at that level does such little dmg, meh, I actually kind of like the thought of trying this char style out.

Not much. Skills are an easy spawn - its gettin life/FHR and remaining under 30 that'd make it worth anything.

Every single ele druid in lld uses a spirit sword, that's 55 fhr alone right there. +4 arma, on the other hand, gives quite a few interesting options. It saves some big skills and does a significant amount of phys dmg.

If your lld druid uses telestaff as a main, you're doing lld wrong.

Not quite the shield I'd use at all, but close enough in theory.

That it does, but most LLDs also aren't effected much by a fire build - and arma is a horrid skill for anything at that level. It does near nothing for damage, has no FHR lock, and consumes the CD for hurricane. It seems like a good idea until you actually look at it. And if you can achieve 63 FHR without blood fists and can use stat gloves or mages, you're better off.

Actually it's not the fire you rely on, it's the phys dmg. Phys with a splash effect from arma is more effective than hurricane from what I've seen both (and tried myself) in hld. The dmg changes, the effect, not so much.
And don't forget, mages = another skill to arma as well, it's a fire spell :P

It's all in theory, but it's a theory I'm actually becoming quite fond of. Arma's phys should whomp hurricane's pretty easily.

Problem with arma : has a large radius, but doesn't follow you. Can be easily avoided =/= effective.

Arma not only follow at the same frame speed as hurricane, it has the exact same radius lmfao...
