Most like your key was randomly guessed by bots. So either some is using it (it'll say), or you key has been tagged and you're banned from that realm.

Whats your timezone on your computer as. Maybe it thinks you're from asia

You have to open diablo 2 up as the administrator, this will fix it, i win, iso 50 fg.
