Sorry man. It's all kinda mediocre/below avg.
1 socket rares are a really tough sell on non ladder unless its a 2/20fcr/30frw circ
As for the crafts, the lvl 49 amulet NEEDS teleport charges and more stats
The Zon amulet's got basic 18fcr, you might be able to sell it for like 10-15fg but with no stats that will also be a hard sell
The belts, 20 str isn't horrible but 5% fcr is
the 10/24/5 rep isn't too awful but once again, it's got zero other redeeming stats
Who knows, post it all up you might find a buyer, but if I had this stuff and someone offered me 10+ fg for any of it I would take it
