85 ias is the breakpoint. 20 on the weapon, 80/30 vis, highlords, 40/15 storm. Or 30/60/9/9s in the vis and 80/30 armor if you use an eth-rep armor. You can 40/15 it if you want to tap duel with it I suppose. But for NT it's super easy to hit BP.
