This is one of the last items I've held onto from my concer's collection, but its time to part with it. This sword makes it extremely easy to hit the 9th frame (35 additional IAS, 20 from HL, 15 from SS) without having to sacrifice damage, AR, or defense, like any other build.

He's a little confused as to how the [-15] base speed works. Its actually not +15 ias which is a common misunderstanding, its different IAS breakpoints altogether. With [0] weapons such as berzerker axes (ebotdz) or Balrog blades, the 9th frame conc bp is 125, the -15 base on this sword makes the 9th frame conc 75, so its actually -50 IAS
